Writing for 31 days straight? About one topic?
The thought left my head as quickly as it entered. Uh-uh … no thanks. Let’s leave that to a real writer with something real to say.
Mmm … okay? What’s with the button and all, you might be asking? A woman’s entitled to change her mind, ain’t she?
A friend emailed about something and then casually asked if I was participating. “No way!” I thought. “Helping out with the MODsquad 31 days of prayer would suffice.”
When something in my spirit stopped me.
Should I?
Would I?
And honestly. about what?
“Faith,” He answered.
“Faith?” Really God?
Huge sigh. And the obsessing prayer process began. And. Well. Here we are. Just days away from the start date … October 1. For 31 days. Writing on faith. For 31 days. Writing. Every day.
Who me, nervous?
Um … no. No, not at all.
Why? Cuz I’m stepping out in faith of course! ;)
I have to admit though … my life is pretty much crazy-town right now. Literally. KA.rA.ZEE-town! I can’t remember a time of being in such an emotional and physical battle. So why, I’m asking myself you might ask, am I doing this? Bottom line … I really am stepping out in faith.
But … on the off chance I miss a day or two, you’ll extend me some grace, won’t you? :)
