really not a wordless wednesday :: my bag

The things I find in my bag never cease to amaze me! I’m usually a keep-it-clean-and-simple purse carrier, but sometimes it gets out of control. It’s like mom’s purse is everything from the trash can to the jewelry box. So … in the process of cleaning it out the other day, I snapped a photo to share with y’all!

Items you can always find in my bag:
~ water bottle
~ wallet
~ reading glasses
~ chap stick
~ flossbox {pretty sure you need one too!}
~ pen/highlighter

Random items that sometimes border on crazy:
~ kleenex
~ checkbook {from the pleated poppy}
~ loose $$
~ ice breakers {although the one pictured is actually empty}
~ ibuprofen
~ a gnc gold card {for future purchases to send to my nephew serving in Afghanistan}
~ left over claim tag to collect my children at church
~ empty starbucks straw wrapper
~ empty gum wrapper
~ babygirl’s lip gloss
~ babygirl’s purple necklace
~ babygirl’s sunglasses
~ babygirl’s tiara
~ babygirl’s blue hair extension

I’m thinking babygirl needs her own purse!?

How ’bout you? What’s the craziest thing you’ve found in your bag?

    So, I’m sitting here scrolling through your list thinking my comment’s going to be “Maybe babygirl needs her own purse?” and then I get to your line that says exactly that – nearly laughed out loud! I know it wasn’t the point but I really needed a laugh this afternoon so thank you :)

    Sounds like my bag too, weighs a ton from all the stuff! My little niece, Jewel, is two and insists on carrying her own purse everyday and she packs it herself every morning. So cute.

    “I’m thinking babygirl needs her own purse!?” Humor injected at intervals is necessary. Thanks! :)

    I can relate! Over the years I’ve had everything from barbie doll shoes to loose flower petals picked up off the ground from visits to the local garden store!
