newborn & family session to love!

‘Member this beautiful lady?  Well, her little peanut has arrived and couldn’t be more handsome!

I take that back … he’s got some stiff competition with his two handsome brothers … just look at these guys!

And now they’re a beautiful family of five …

Gotta love boys!  Can you see their personalities?

Funny story … after seeing mom’s maternity photos, they were a tad worried they would have to undress for these photos.  I assured them I wasn’t that kind of photographer!  But you should’ve seen the bit of fright in their eyes when I asked if they’d mind taking off their … shoes & socks.  Sighs of relief to learn it was just the shoes & socks I was asking for.  :)

We were done with the guys and sent them off to start their day, while we took some precious shots of mom and baby …

And then just baby.

What do you think of these overlays … like?  no like?

He was such a precious little thing, and so good for us!

Unfortunately, we’d had to reschedule from the week before when it was rainy and cold.  But when this day came … it was not quite 60 degrees!  At least no rain, so we decided to go for it.  We kept him clothed or wrapped as much as possible … he’d stir here and there, but then fall right back to sleep … what a guy!

Tanya, it’s been so great to capture these memories for you!  You have a beautiful family and are blessed, blessed, blessed!  Congratulations!

    Tracie. Wow!
I came over when I saw your twitter update :)
These are excellent. I love how you’re using the furniture and single props to create focus and a little whimsy for your subjects. It’s great to see how your work is evolving. Congratulations, lady. Love, susy

just want to say that your photos do not need the overlays, only for fun. your images are strong enough on their own.
