summer break

Summer break has taken over.  We are busy, busy, busy …
but I remain at peace.

So thankful to have my girlies surrounding me,
as we go from here to there.

Six Flags
Swim team
Tennis
Dentist appointments
Noodles & Company
Panera
Panera
Noodles & Company
Panera
Dance rehearsals
Church

I’ve had photoshoots, meetings and editing galore.

Although, I can now see my desk … unopened mail still surrounds me.

I’m taking one step at a time and savoring each moment I can.

Posting may be light, as I’m making a conscience effort to
take some pressure off myself and live life
at peace.

hooray for peace! and for summer vacation. it has its own sort of peace, doesn’t it? knowing we only have to take care of our lists, because the kids homework, test, etc lists are long gone. long? at least a couple months gone! it makes our lists seem carefree.
we love panera, too… my total go-to place :)

I agree. We make ourselves busy and WE must make ourselves relax. Thanks for the reminder.

ok – so now I’m officially stalking!! I just love that you’re taking a break. I have had it on my heart to step away from trying to keep up with the “instant” stuff – and focus on intentional parenting rather than intentional blogging!

Glorious post to remind us all that it takes a bit of effort and prayer to find that PEACE. I often wonder if anyone really has a “lazy” summer??? I’d really love to include joy, relaxation and peace into my summer— thanks for the REMINDER!! I hope you summer days are filled with BLISS and LOVE and RELAXING days. :):)
