I was at a baptism a few weeks ago and saw the cutest {yummiest} little treats ever and thought it’d be a perfect project to do with my girls.
Please let me pause a moment to mention the baptism was at the house of crafty-mom-of-the-year … miss Heather {warning: read her blog and kinda feel summer-unworthy}. ;)
Anyway.
So these are the items you need:
1. Put the marshmallows on the lollipop sticks. Strawberry marshmallows are in stores right now … the pink makes for a cute treat. White’ll do … but pink … I think pink’s where it’s at! ;)
2. Melt the white chocolate {I found the Baker’s brand melted perfectly in the microwave and didn’t need any shortening, etc. to help the consistency}
3. Dip the tips of the marshmallows in the white chocolate
4. Then sprinkle the tips {again, pink’s where it’s at!}
5. To dry, I stood them up in cups until the chocolate was firm …
6. Before I was ready to serve, I poured sugar into my final “serving dishes” and stood the marshmallow sticks in them.
7. Ta-da!! A perfect bible study treat! ;)
