Right now the time is 7:39 on Friday night and I’m scheduling this post for Monday morning.
CJ took the 3 littles to Arizona to the rock show down there. I’ve gone one year and it’s incredible! Seriously incredible! By rock, I’m talking gems, geodes, meteorites, fossils {do you own a slab of dinosaur poop? cuz I do!}, crystals, etc. etc. Anyway, my mother-in-law is nuts over this stuff and has passed on that love to CJ and the girls.
So yeah. They’re in Arizona, while Taylor and I are hanging out at home. Truth is … I had a weekend scheduled at the lake with my besties … but I decided to cancel and hang home with my mini-me instead. We’re just a few hours into our weekend … but it warms my heart to be here with her.
We just finished a movie {Secretariat}, and din-din from take-out boxes … and now we’re sitting with laptops appropriately positioned on our … laps. And a cute reveal … she’s browsing my blog right now … upset that “her” last post was months ago. And that the category random is bigger than her category {Taylor}. And “wink, wink” {yes she winked at me}, was I going to be writing a blog post about her anytime soon?
So … this one’s for you kid!

you are both strong and beautiful…just like your mama. what’s even greater is that both you & your mama inherited those phenomenal characteristics (plus some others) directly from our Heavenly Father. they are divine gifts. never doubt them within yourself. know that you are not only a daughter of God, but that He loves you. how great to be beloved. beloved means He cherishes you. not only are you amazing in all that you’re learning, achieving, and becoming here on Earth… but your eternal potential is EVEN GREATER! He knows that. His vantage point is so much grander than ours. currently, while on earth in our mortal experience, our vision is like a horse with blinders. from where He’s at, and what He sees, is so expansive. what the Lord sees is endless. therefore, trust him. no matter what hurdle stands in your path. remember your worth is great in His eyes, and that He never gives us more than we can handle…better yet, He never gives us more than we can overcome with His help. :) you are a special girl. cling to that knowledge, as well as to your mother’s love & the love of our Heavenly Father. with those remarkable 3, nothing is out of your reach! ::hugs::
